From the pros of the server: very cool players - always help with advice, or push a car, they'll come even across the whole map. Admin Svetlana is very responsive, helped twice even though I didn't ask. From the cons_no high-end content: no dungeons, no modded chemical zones, nothing. Vanilla loot at military spots, spawn of which is very tight. Essentially the only thing to do on the server is grind for a car and a new gun, but kill the same weak mobs with it. If you are looking for a server just to hunt, fish, sit at a TZ by the fire and chat with someone - the server is great for that. If you are interested in interesting and hardcore PvE content, then pass by.
