On this shit they ban indiscriminately. Per day on their 4 servers there are 40 bans, just like on Magic with their 30. Getting unbanned is impossible. Offended and arrogant admins in their pathetic Discord and their complete absence from the server in the game.
Cheaters play for hours, but to submit a ticket about a cheater in their Discord, or for your own unban: you have to go through a stupid authorization via Steam to be able to join their Discord. Often it's just impossible to join their Discord because of that same pathetic authorization. And tickets sent from someone else's name for an unban are not considered, they just ignore you completely. They offer to download anydesk and give them the code for remote desktop access, without a call on Discord. That is, at a random moment while I'm using my PC a random guy will log in and watch what I'm doing and at the same time have full access to the PC.
Pathetic servers, it's a pity there the online is higher than on other similar servers with this ping for me. Unless of course they're faking the online, on 50x with 60 online on the map it's literally always silent, as in chat.
