How to enable console
I can't find how to enable the console in the settings. I went into options but there are only controls and graphics and nothing about console. I heard that you need to press ~ but it doesn't open

Go into game settings. In the 'Keys' section find the option for console. Usually it's a line where you can assign your own key. If ~ doesn't work, try other keys like ` or F12.
