The server itself is normal. The creator of the server is a complete moron who doesn't listen to anyone and only thinks he's right. If you play well, have tactics etc. - there's no place for you here. You'll be banned for cheating if you say something bad about the server - you'll be banned for cheating. If you mess with the admin's friends, he'll help them and in the end you'll get a ban. Other than that, apart from the creator with an extra chromosome, everything is normal. But I don't recommend joining just because of the main admin.
