Couldn't find that server from childhood for a long time (when we still played version 1.6) and finally found it. The team and players are very vibey and sociable.
Pros:

1. Balanced rules
2. No spiderweb (always put me off that admins fly all over the map on other servers)
3. Interesting content of purchasable privileges
4. Constant online
5. Equality of all players regardless of age and nationality
6. The project team is always ready to help with any issue
