The admin doesn't understand what's going on on the server.
Moderators ban chat for no reason, or they can just ban you from the server and still find excuses.
Overall, I don't recommend the server because the discipline itself is lacking, and on top of that the rules are incredibly stupid.
DO NOT JOIN THE SERVER AND DO NOT CONTACT THE ADMINISTRATION

The main server administrator regularly works on improving our server. Moderators on the server strictly suppress violations of the server rules. Just like that, no one can ban You or give You a mute in the chat. Apparently, You have repeatedly violated the rules of our server. All rules on the server are designed taking into account past mistakes! Do not mislead people!
