Great server with a decent number of addons that don't break each other, the creator fixes bugs pretty quickly if you report them, no huge set of rules, actually three rules:

1. If a player asks you not to disturb them when they're in build mode - don't disturb
2. Don't crash the server, if you accidentally bring it down it doesn't count (there's a small exception, if there's high online player count they might spank you)
3. Don't treat others the way you don't want to be treated.
