In terms of gameplay, the server is good in all aspects - complexity, content, but the admins have a deep generational trauma as a result of which their life was difficult and humiliating - school, work, friends, everywhere they were put down and bullied. And having gotten their hands on the admin position, they start taking it out on ordinary players. If you break their rules, address them incorrectly, apologize the wrong way, God forbid start making excuses - immediate ban and that's it, no constructive dialogue, no reasonable punishment system, ban and that's it.

Alas, that's how small, offended, humiliated people behave, because mature, reasonable people have dialogues.
