absolutely pathetic server, full of complete degenerates with inflated egos blah....
cons of this server:
- disgusting admin team. almost everyone here has ten roles: administrator, moderator, discord moderator, game moderator, curator, huyator, etc. at the same time, none of these people live up to their roles. the curator (a grown man, by the way) is a hard-headed, arrogant snob who has no idea how to communicate with people, feels like a great sage among schoolkids, which really strokes his ego, and because of that he unashamedly allows himself to make personal attacks on anyone who disagrees with him about anything. he'd be better off going to a factory job instead of messing around on the internet, hurting the feelings of poor schoolkids (me). the server owner is an agro-sch00lkid and a pvper, he doesn't give a shit about his own project, because "people are playing, so everything's fine". he makes completely unhealthy decisions, answers "no" to most suggestions without giving any arguments. the questologists here are talentless, and don't understand what their job even is. the mappers and eventologists are spiritually bankrupt, don't do anything special (mappers check houses for weapons and place furniture in rooms using debug, eventologists shit out the most pathetic and cookie-cutter events), but they still act high and mighty. one of the admins acts very laid-back (like the rest of them basically), and seems really proud of that. well, that's their right
- disgusting RP. nowhere does it say what the server's RP level is, but anyone with even a shred of brain left in their skull knows it's another light-RP server full of schoolkids. the ability to RP over voice only makes things worse. tons of non-RP too, and fangame (even admins take part in that). also a special obsession with PVP, but that's not surprising, since at the head of the server (owner and head admin) sit the two biggest pvpers in the entire PZ community. moving on
- disgusting atmosphere and communication. everyone insults each other, tells each other to fuck off blah. admins are pushovers, the most they can do is give a one-day mute, and it only gets to a ban if someone personally offends a higher staff member
- cronyism. instead of kicking out slackers and incompetent people, the owner turns a blind eye, since almost the entire admin team consists of his friends
and a lot, a lot more that I want to write, but I'm kinda lazy.........
pros:
- some attempts by the admins to do something useful. it's nice, but not particularly well-executed
- decent online count, around 20 people... of which, however, only about five are active. apparently, this online count is a result of a VERY low barrier to entry. you can write the shittiest quest, and there's a 99% chance it'll be accepted, since the questologists, again, are complete idiots working "half-assedly". I don't know how little you have to respect yourself to play here
steer clear of this server by a wide margin, if you value your nerve cells and feelings blahhh.....
