I discovered this server probably about a year ago. I dug through many servers, settled on this one because the atmosphere isn't ruined by mods, and, of course, because of the admin. Valera is the best, you can just see that he treats his server and players with soul. I don't get to play often, sometimes, but whenever possible I always return here specifically.
