Hello admin, I'd like to report an issue. The European server with 150 players is extremely laggy—about every half hour, characters start walking in place, and at that point we have no choice but to log out and log back in to reconnect to the server. When running dungeons, the lag forces a re-login, which makes it impossible to finish the dungeon, and we have to use another dungeon ticket to enter again. I hope this can be improved; it would make a huge difference to the gameplay experience.
