Also check out Twitch, there are many Russian streamers who stream CS. And on the website liquipedia.net there's info about tournaments and schedules, so check it out.

Also on Twitch there are many CS streamers, look for someone from the CIS. Sometimes check csgo.com, they also have tournament announcements there, so there are plenty of places to find them.
