You can check out the ESL or DreamHack channels on YouTube, they often have CS tournaments, with schedules and decent quality. Also on Twitch there are many CS streamers, look for someone from the CIS. Sometimes check csgo.com, they also have tournament announcements there, so there are plenty of places to find them.
