VEIN 0.024 Hotfix 5 fixes bugs, boosts GPS battery 6x

The latest VEIN patch, version 0.024 Hotfix 5, is now live. It packs a massive list of bug fixes, a 6x increase to GPS battery life, progress on controller support, and dedicated server improvements. The full change log covers dozens of issues ranging from physics glitches to UI fixes.
