Banana Shooter pulls Workshop after RCE vulnerability found

Banana Shooter's Workshop is temporarily offline after people found a way to perform Remote Code Execution through custom workshop maps. Developer Daniel announced the issue on September 4, 2026, citing a lack of internal knowledge about the Unity engine the game runs on.

A fix is currently in development, but the entire Workshop has been disabled before that fix ships. Daniel apologized to players, especially those affected by the vulnerability.
